United Kingdom’s Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced on Sunday that the new coronavirus strain discovered in the southeast of England is “out of control.” In an interview with Sky, Hancock urged subduing social contact in order to curb the spread of the virus “because this is deadly serious.”
