New York Times- Up to 150 Saudi royals get infected with coronavirus

Up to 150 members of the Saudi royal family may have gotten infected with the coronavirus, six weeks after the kingdom reported its first case, the New York Times reported.

Saudi Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – the governor of the capital Riyadh who is in his 70s – is in intensive care after catching the virus, according to The New York Times, which quoted hospital communications, doctors in the country and sources familiar with the family.

King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have withdrawn into isolation to evade the outbreak.
