Oil prices drop lower after Hurricane Barry storm

Oil prices slipped as the U.S. restarted oil production in the Gulf of Mexico. Oil production was interrupted after Hurricane Barry swept through over the weekend.

In the same context, a barrel of Brent crude promptly fell to US$66.44 while West Texas Intermediate’s barrel prices fell to $59.45.
