Hamas-run Gaza government revealed on Monday the return of 300,000 displaced Palestinians to northern Gaza via Rashid and Salah al-Din streets as the Israeli military is allowing people to cross the Netzarim Corridor and return to the north.
According to media coverage, within just two hours of the opening of the checkpoints, 200,000 people made their way back. It is anticipated that the total number of returnees could reach around 650,000.
