Potential Gaza deal may include 6-week pause in fighting

A potential ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel may include a six-week pause in hostilities, the Washington Post reported, citing unnamed officials.

The officials disclosed this information following negotiations in Paris, where discussions focused on ending the conflict. According to the media outlet, all civilian hostages being held by Hamas inside Gaza could be released if the pause is agreed upon.
