Request for release of businessman Kamel Letaief rejected

The Indictment Chamber Specialized in Terrorism Cases at the Tunis Court of Appeal rejected the request for the release of businessman Kamel Letaief in the so called case “Conspiracy Against State Security.”

The same Chamber accepted the request for the release of the second defendant in the same case, Ahmed Doula. The latter, originally from the governorate of Gafsa, is the owner of a point of sale of alcoholic beverages, private radio station Mosaïque Fm said.
