The Company SOTIPAPIER SA revealed today that its board of directors meeting on March 19, 2024, took note of the firm, definitive and irrevocable resignation of Mr. Philippe Lacoste from his function as General Manager of the Company, taking effect on the 1st April 2024.
The company’s Board of Directors has decided to designate Raphaël Poullain as the new Managing Director of the company for the remaining duration of the mandate of the resigning Managing Director. This appointment will be effective from April 1, 2024, and will end with the Ordinary General Meeting that will decide on the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
“By the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and to enable Raphaël Poullain to ensure the general management of the Company as largely as possible, the Board of Directors has entrusted to him full powers to act in the name and on behalf of of the Company”, adds the company SOTIPAPIER SA.
