Resumption of trade between Tunisia and Libya via Ras Jedir border crossing

In a statement given to a private radio station, Imed Zrig, regional director of customs in Medenine, reported the resumption of trade between Tunisia and Libya via the Ras Jedir border post on Saturday.

After more than 8 months of interruption, the Libyan authorities have completed the work to develop the trade routes, following a unilateral decision as indicated by the official.
