Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin tested positive for coronavirus, the state-run RIA Novosti news agency announced Thursday.
Mishustin notified President Vladimir Putin and is now self-isolating and has provisionally stepped back from his work as prime minister, the state-run Rossiya 24 television channel reported. He chose First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov to take over as acting prime minister.
