The Vilnius Summit(July 11-12) accelerated Ukraine’s path to the Alliance –шеclearly confirmed that Ukraine’s membership in NATO is only a matter of time.
Moscow will not be able to prevent the decision of Ukrainians on Euro-Atlantic integration.

PROSPECTS OF THE GRAIN DEAL

Russia once again threatens to refuse to extend the grain deal, seeking to ease international sanctions. It reinforces its blackmail by disrupting the grain deal with terrorist attacks on Odesa port infrastructure.
Russia, through its sabotage of inspections, is making efforts to paralyse the activities of the grain corridor.
Real security of commercial shipping in the Black Sea will become possible only after the de-occupation of Crimea.
