Saudi Arabia permits women to travel abroad without a Male Guardian

Saudi Arabia has officially allowed women to travel overseas independently without a Male Guardian. All Saudi women will be permitted to apply for a passport without guardian consent. The new reform will promptly enter into direct effect by the end of August.
The Ministry of Information declared the reform,” efforts to promote women’s rights and empowerment, equal to men.”
