Saudi Arabia: satellite lights up sky as it falls to earth

The International Astronomical Center declared in an article on “X” that a satellite was seen descending from central Saudi Arabia and appeared as a bright ball of fire in the sky beneath the form of fragments. It was yesterday, Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 7:52 p.m. Saudi time.

The centre clarified that it is the Starlink 3686 satellite, employed for Internet communications by SpaceX. It considered this a “natural fall.”
