Screening Campaign and Free Multi-Specialty Clinics at Jendouba Regional Hospital

On the morning of Tuesday, March 18, 2025, a screening campaign and free multi-specialty medical clinics were launched at the outpatient department of Jendouba Regional Hospital. The initiative focused on cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, and oncology. It also included health education workshops on communicable diseases and proper nutrition during Ramadan, along with screenings for diabetes and high blood pressure.

This campaign, organized by Jendouba Regional Hospital, is backed by volunteer doctors from both the hospital and the private sector. According to a medical source from the Tunis Afrique Presse Agency, the initiative seeks to assist individuals unable to afford medical examinations and treatment, help prevent various diseases, and promote awareness of food and health safety during Ramadan.
