Nizar Khcharem, president of the regional office of the Independent Higher Authority for Elections (ISIE) in Sfax 2, disclosed told Tunisie Numérique that all polling stations opened their doors at 8 a.m. and in the presence of all the teams concerned.
“In total, 96 centres and 213 polling stations opened their doors to welcome citizens for the second round of local elections. 257 thousand voters are anticipated at the polls today to pick from 58 candidates partaking in the electoral race,” he declared.
