Social funds: Rush for personal loans, 70 million dinars already released

“In two and a half months, an amount of more than 70 million dinars was released by the National Retirement and Social Security Fund via 12,000 loan requests submitted to the fund.”

This was revealed by Nader Ajabi, Director General of Social Security during a debate organized by IACE on the situation of social funds, who disclosed that 125 car loan applications had been submitted.

For the CNSS, as of today, 1,400 requests have been submitted to profit from personal loans. A review of all applications is planned for the end of April. “No ceiling has been set either for the number of applications to be received or for the overall amount to be granted to applicants for these credits. The granting of credits by social funds to retirees is currently under study,” confirmed Nader Ajabi.
