South African Foreign Minister Naledi Pandor on Sunday called for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
In an opinion piece, Pandor voiced the expectation that the International Criminal Court (ICC) should issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu.
