Trafficking in psychotropic drugs: Justice clears the 3 doctors, not pharmacist…

At the start of January 2024, the public prosecutor of the Manouba Court of First Instance validated the opening of an inquiry into two young men, a pharmacist and three doctors. The two young people were trapped by the police with a large quantity of psychotropic tablets in their vehicle. Investigations established that the merchandise had been sold by the same pharmacy, with prescriptions issued by three doctors in the capital.

At the end of the investigation, the three doctors and the pharmacist were placed in custody. So their legal troubles are over – in principle –, not those of the pharmacist and the two other protagonists…
