At least five people were wounded in a collision of two trains at Aviemore Railway Station in the Cairngorms in northern Scotland, the local authorities declared on Friday.
Two injured people were brought to Raigmore Hospital while three were assisted at the site of the incident, according to the preliminary information from the police. A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said that eight fire engines were dispatched to the location, and firefighters collaborated with other agencies to provide assistance.
