The Tunis Military Court of Appeal postponed the trial of lawyer and former MP Seifeddine Makhlouf to May 16 in the case referred by the Court of Cassation concerning a dispute he had with a military judge, private radio station Mosaïque FM radio said on Thursday.
The Tunis Military Court of Appeal initially sentenced Makhlouf to 14 months in prison with a ban on practicing as a lawyer for 5 years.
