The Tunis Stock Exchange closes the session on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in balance. The Tunindex stood at 9723.25 points. Furthermore, the Tunindex 20 declined slightly by 0.02% to 4355.42 points. The BIAT share has the highest volume of transactions with 493 thousand dinars of capital processed. The SFBT value, for its part, exhausted a total volume of 339 thousand dinars. The CC title mobilized, in total, 320 thousand dinars in trading volumes. SAH drained 282 thousand dinars of its capital. DELICE HOLDING was negotiated for 137 thousand dinars.

TUNISAIR – The elective general meeting planned for Thursday, July 4, 2024, did not take place due to lack of a quorum of 1/3 of the shares held by the minority shareholders present or represented, as required by regulatory provisions.

Accordingly, the minority shareholders of the company are invited to attend a 2nd meeting of the Elective General Meeting which will be held on Tuesday July 30, 2024, to deliberate on the agenda consisting of the election of a representative of minority shareholders on the board of directors for a three-year term.
