Tunisia-10 dinars for each trial, judge Moez Ben Fraj’s proposal begins to take shape

In the finance bill for the year 2020, it was suggested to build a fund to support justice and its independence.

To fund it, it was proposed to include a “tax on justice”, in the form of a fiscal stamp to the value of 10 dinars, as recommended by Judge Moez Ben Fraj.
