Tunisia – 14 lawyers summoned by court in same judicial case

Lawyer Ines Harrath stated on Thursday that the Regional Office of the Association of Lawyers in Tunis received a notice of convocation of 14 lawyers, including herself, which will be heard by the court in a judicial case.

She added that they will be questioned over several days, adding that it is, of course, a political affair that seeks to get rid of lawyers who hinder the cout.

She added that the number of lawyers to be auditioned could increase, and there may be detentions among these lawyers, even before the scheduled hearing date.
