Tunisia-200 Passengers stranded on ferry for 11 hours due to fog returns to Sfax port

A ferry travelling from Sfax port was left stranded in water for 11 hours due to overnight fog.

Carrying 200 passengers and 50 cars, The ferry arrived at the first hours of down after being stranded for 11 straight hours in the sea due to fog.The chairman of  Kerkennah Transport Company Abdelmajid Khecharem declared the judgment made by the crew was a security measure taken to avoid any risk.

The incident prompted a case of frustration among passengers, many of them were transported to hotels and residences.
