Tunisia-2019 Presidential : Any offense, punishable by sanctions, according to the President of the Court of Auditors

President of the Financial Justice Council, Nejib Ktari confirmed to MPs that offences related in particular to the 2019 presidential election remain subject to sanctions.

Speaking at a plenary session he stressed that decisions and judgments will come after  Control actions  “, evoking that the Court of Auditors is asked to make public its reports within the framework of total transparency.

“The results of the reports of the Court of Auditors need in no case be employed for political ends”, he warned, calling for the separation between the role of control and the legal action.
