Tunisia- 22 postage stamps dedicated to Tunisian Women released

The Tunisian Post declared Friday it will issue on Saturday, August 13, “a set of 22 postage stamps devoted to Tunisian women who have influenced the course of history and contributed to shaping the features of beautiful Tunisia. “

This exceptional initiative is meant to assist revive the collective memory and give visibility to women’s actions in the country.

A four-day stamp exhibition opened on August 11; it is held in partnership with the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and the Elderly.
