The European Commission has disbursed 460 million euros as part of its macro-financial assistance program to nations affected by the repercussions of COVID-19, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi tweeted.
In this context, Tunisia has profited from 300 million euros, the first tranche of its AMF program of 600 million euros.
According to the TAP Agency, this first payment is not subject to compliance with any particular conditions, given the urgent nature of this assistance.
