The spokesman of the Administrative Court, Imed Ghabri told the TAP that 54 out of the 57 judges dismissed by the President of the Republic, Kais Saïed, resorted to the Administrative Court.

He added that these magistrates filed a lawsuit for “abuse of power”, in order to nullify the presidential decree number 516. Ghabri pointed out that the Administrative Court has begun to transmit the petitions to the qualified parties, namely the presidencies of the Republic and the government and the Ministry of Justice so that they can be considered within the deadlines.
