Tunisia-642 active cases,Tracking COVID-19 cases in Tunisia for August 14

The Ministry of Health declared on August 14, 120  new cases of COVID-19 including 116 local and four imported, consequently bringing the infection toll in the country to 2023  while The death toll rose to 54 after reporting one new death. The number of recoveries hit 1327 .

Confirmed cases are distributed as follows:

  • Tunis 301  (+2 imported cases)
  • Ariana: 156 cases (+2 local cases)
  • Ben Arous: 154  cases (+1 local case)
  • Manouba: 58 cases
  • Nabeul: 51 cases
  • Zaghouan: 8 cases
  • Bizerte: 40  cases   
  • Beja: 19 cases  (+1 local case)
  • Jandouba:16  cases
  • Le Kef: 32 cases
  • Sousse: 153  cases (+2 local cases)
  • Siliana:7
  • Monastir: 69  cases   
  • Mahdia: 44 cases
  • Sfax: 89 cases (+1 imported case)
  • Kairouan: 95 cases (+17  local cases)
  • Kasserine: 53  cases
  • Sidi Bouzid: 25 cases
  • Gabes: 234 cases  (+85  local cases)
  • Medenine: 163  cases  (+1 local case)
  • Tataouine: 58  cases (+8 local cases)
  • Gafsa: 69 cases
  • Tozeur:13  cases
  • Kebili: 116 cases
