Tunisia-9200 Tunisian immigrants entered Italy by sea

The Italian Minister of Internal Affairs confirmed that 9,200 Tunisian irregular migrants have entered Italy by sea during the past 12 months, according to the Italian agency AKI.

The minister comment comes during a meeting of the parliamentary “Schengen” committee in the Italian legislative body to review the developments of migration and asylum during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
