Tunisia-A fine of 40 Dinars instead of 60 for not wearing masks

The amount of the fine sanctioning anyone who does not comply with the obligation to wear protective masks in public spaces during periods decreed by national, regional or local authorities has been set at 40 dinars.

Indeed, although the prime minister had announced a fine of 60 dinars, Government Decree n ° 2020-782 of October 14, 2020, reference to government decree n ° 2017-433 of April 10, 2017, fixed the amount of this fine at 40 dinars.
