Tunisia-A first: Tunisia launching “official email” for benefit of citizens

It is a world premiere as the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Transformation states. Tunisia launches the official email recognized by the authorities and public administrations.

In a press release, the Department said that this new service permits us to come into contact officially and remotely with public administrations.

According to the same source, it will bear the following domain name: @tunisie.tn and is accessible through the official e-bawaba citizen portal. It is likewise indicated that this service is only accessible by the digital identity recently launched in Tunisia.

According to the ministry, this new service will permit you to exchange data and documents between citizens and public administrations without travel.
