Tunisia-A judicial officer sent to Rached Ghannouchi

The Democratic Bloc sent a judicial officer to Parliament to obtain the videos and photos which recorded the vote for exceptional procedures for work in the parliament and during which, the president announced 117 deputies who would have voted yes.
The bailiff revealed after verification that the number of deputies voting on the application of exceptional measures does not exceed 101 deputies.

The Democratic Bloc having called on the President of the Council to immediately cancel the implementation of the exceptional measures, given the illegality of the votes announced.

The Democratic Bloc has warned the Speaker of Parliament, Rached Ghannouchi, that if the exceptional measures are not cancelled, the bloc will file a criminal complaint to this effect
