Tunisia – A program revealed by Saïed completely oriented towards his political project, and nothing regarding the expectations of the people

The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, finally revealed his agenda and program, after he froze all other forms of power apart from his own. After months of waiting, in Tunisia and abroad, onlookers for a moment believed they had reached the end of the tunnel. On the side of the international community and donors, too, anticipations have not been met. No reforms, and no return to democracy.

But, on the contrary, the speech has been rather aggressive towards those whom Saïed accuses of wanting to meddle in the affairs of “his” country. Kaïs Saïed’s long-awaited media release tonight will do him far more damage than he expected to reap the benefits. Since he attacked everyone.
