The nation has entered a political sequence which will become tenser as the referendum of July 25, 2022, nears, Abdellatif Mekki said. According to himself, the President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, is starting to take stock of the growing unpopularity of the “coup” perpetrated on July 25, 2021, adding that some of the political forces that backed the head of state last summer are beginning to turn their backs.
