Health minister Abdellatif Mekki, visited Sunday, June 21, 2020, Charles Nicolle hospital to monitor the installation of a machine to disinfect patients at the Entrance.
The machine can measure temperature, checks whether the patient has followed prevention procedures and stores all the necessary information in the hospital administration database.
“After the pandemic has been brought under control, Tunisia will record a second victory with the reopening of borders by reviving the economy,” he said affirming that Tunisia will open its borders on June 27.
The Minister stressed the importance of respecting preventive measures, in particular, wearing masks and social distancing, in order to protect Tunisia’s achievements in terms of controlling the epidemic after the opening of borders.
