Former  Minister of Training and Employment Abdelwaheb Maatar said that he had already made the acquaintance of prime minister-designate Habib Jemli when he was a Secretary of State in the Troika government.

Describing Jemli as an introverted individual, he asserted that the PM was a close friend of Mohamed Ben Salem and was appointed by the Ennahda Movement.
