Tunisia-Abdul Razzaq Rahhal clarifies temperatures during coming months [Video]

Seasonal weather forecasts are reports submitted monthly for the next three months, and the longer the period, the weaker the precision of these forecasts, Director of Climatology at the National Institute of Meteorology Abdul Razzaq Rahhal told Tunisie Numérique.

Rahhal added that the bulletin for March, April, and May, and according to the numerical models of weather forecasts, the temperatures were slightly beyond normal rates, and the rain anticipated to fall in the centre, in turn, will be slightly above normal rates, while lower in the rest of the regions.

Our speaker underlined that the accuracy of these forecasts is extremely small, and they are presented like other countries because they are connected to other decisions at a high level, such as water consumption.

He underscored that the report included average temperatures for the next three months and did not talk regarding an increase in daily, weekly, or monthly temperatures.
