Tunisia- Abir Moussi: 873 million Dinars went missing when Fakhfekh was a Minister of Finance

Prime Minister-designate Elyes Fakhfakh failed all tasks assigned to him in 2012 when has a finance minister, said Leader of the Free Destorian Party (LDP) Abir Moussi during a plenary session of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) devoted to the vote of confidence in the proposed government.

She pointed out that during his term in the finance ministry 873 million Dinars went missing, compensations were spent and a contract was signed with the  International Monetary Fund (IMF). She further highlighted his failure to gain the parliamentary majority to establish the  Constitutional Court that he promised during his speech.

Moussi also expressed wonder on how the PM will achieve developments and reforms that he promised in a climate charged with failure and disruption

She added that Fakhfekh will not finish his term and will remain head of government until 2022.
