Presidential nominee Abir Moussi scrutinised the mutual resolution of the HAICA and ISIE to confer the peculiar privilege of determining the day of the Presidential debate to Youssef Chahed, Abdelfatteh Mourou and Mohsen Marzouk.
Moussi justly regarded this privilege as a fundamental breach of the law and is incompatible with the essential principles of equality, integrity and transparency.
Moussi asked to reexamine of this ruling which, according to her, is inconsistent with Articles 52 and 67 of the Electoral Law correlating to “equal opportunities and respect for the duty of fairness and transparency,”, Reported the TAP agency.
