Tunisia-Abir Moussi denounces the participation of minors in the Electronic Consultation

PDL, leader Abir Moussi confirmed today that the President of the Republic, Kais Saied did not respect the provisions of article 80 identifying that this article talks of exceptional measures and not of monopolization of power.

She added that the head of state does not have the right to make modifications to the electoral law.

Moussi felt that Kais Saied is attempting through this to disregard the Free Destourian Party from the political scene so as not to partake in the drafting of laws.

Remarking on the violations of the Electronic Consultation, the President of the PDL condemned the participation of minors over the age of 16 in this consultation.

“The latter is not even aware of everything that is occurring on the political scene and cannot participate in these consultations,” she insisted.
