Tunisia-Abir Moussi sends a warning report to Kais Saied

The PDL revealed that it has sent a warning report from the President of the Republic Kais Saied by a bailiff. The party clarifies that the Head of State is called upon to comply with Article 80 of the Constitution and withdraw the decrees relating to personal projects and having no relationship with the prevention of imminent danger. Calling for an ending to the state of exception, the party called for the organization of early elections, after cleaning up the electoral climate. The PDL likewise called on Saied to stop issuing new decrees to alter fundamental laws, dismantle institutions and violate rights guaranteed by law. According to the same source, the political party also called on Saied to cease appointing a committee devoid of any legitimacy for the formulation of bespoke laws, adding that the committee in question cannot substitute the legislative council.
