Tunisia-Adjusting the sale price of fuels should not exceed 7%

The decree of the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy and the Minister of Finance of November 23, 2022, adjusting the decree of the Minister of Energy, Mines and the Energy Transition and of the Minister of Finance of March 31, 2020, setting the composition and the operation of the Technical Commission accountable for the fixing and monitoring of the sale prices of imported petroleum products and those refined locally, was issued in the JORT, this Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

According to the provisions of this decree, the value of the monthly adjustment of the sale price to the public, cannot, now, surpass, upward or downward, the rate of seven percent (7 %) of the sale price in force since the last adjustment.
