In a Facebook post, the Afek Tounes party condemned this Friday, July 8, 2022, violations of the electoral code in its articles 61 and 62.
The party clarifies that it is strictly prohibited to use the Tunisian flag on electoral posters according to article 61 of the said code.
In addition, the party recalls in its post to article 62 of the electoral code stipulates that the posters must be set up in predefined spaces.
