Tunisia-Ahmed Nejib Chebbi: Rached Ghannouchi could be arrested today (Video)

 
On the sidelines of a press conference held today, the National Salvation Front Ahmed Nejib Chebbi leader remarked on the summons of Nahdhaouis leaders including Ali Laarayedh and Rached Ghannouchi as part of the case sending youth to conflict zones.
 
Recollecting that Laarayedh was placed in police custody, Nejib Chebbi confirmed that Ennahdha leader is targeted. He added that Rached Ghannouchi could be arrested today, cautioning in the same sense against the specificity of the current political situation in the country.
 
The political leader rejected the new electoral law clarifying that its implementation requires approval made by a parliamentary majority. Ahmed Nejib Chebbi slammed the concept of sponsorship as well as that of the withdrawal of confidence of MPs.
 
He said that the elections legislative elections are condemned to failure due to the broad boycott campaign made by political parties.
