Tunisia-Al Jomhouri: amendment to the electoral decree-law, an admission of failure

Al Joumhouri considered, in a statement published this Sunday, that the amendment of the electoral decree-law, in this situation, was an admission of the failure of what he described as “the authority of the fait accompli”.

In this context, the party denounced the search for pretexts to attack municipal councils.

In its statement, Al Joumhouri reaffirms its complete rejection of the July 25 process and the boycott of the legislative elections of December 17, 2022, calling on all the Democrats to join efforts to use the democratic process and the way of dialogue.
