Tunisia-Al Karama Holding begins 2nd notice of disposal of 89.93% of capital of Shems FM

The Al Karama Holding plans to reactivate the sale of direct and indirect public shareholdings representing 89.93% of the capital of the company Shems FM, the TAP reported.

The company said in a press release Thursday bidders interested in the operation and wish to obtain more information on the company and the process of disposal are invited to contact Al Karama Holding, and this, before July 3, 2020.

This is the second call for tenders after the one announced by Al Karama Holding on January 24, 2020, due to non-receipt of bids within the deadline (11 February 2020).
