Tunisia- Al-Qurari:Amount retrieved from criminal settlement is 26.9 MD by 14 people who participated in process.

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, President of the General Legislation Committee Yasser Al-Qurari underscored that the Amount retrieved from the criminal settlement is 26.9 MD by 14 people not known by the Tunisian people.

He stated that we cannot talk about a precise digital audit, noting that they have a set of references from previous committees. Our speaker shed light on about 13.500 million dinars reported by an official committee. 

He stressed the existence of a flaw which needs a judicial solution and approach to secure this text and activate the process of criminal reconciliation to guarantee the rights of parties whose rights were taken
