Vice-president of the National Chamber of Ali Klabi milk producers confirmed that Tunisia does not have a strategic milk stock during Ramadan.
He clarified that the strategic stock has been employed to deal with the crisis that the dairy sector is currently undergoing.
Klabi said that 70% of milk market needs are available adding that demand generally increases from 20% to 30% during the sacred month.
