Tunisia-Amal wa Amal welcomes the revolutionary decision of the CMJ

Amal wa Amal Movement reflected on the latest ruling of the Judicial Magistracy Council (CMJ).

The party welcomed this critical decision which will allow the principle of the separation of powers and the independence of the judiciary to be executed. Amal wa Amal, therefore, asked the CMJ to call on judges to cease accepting government posts to keep the judiciary away from political and partisan conflicts.
