Amigo Concept:
The work of a newly created startup, Amigo is an application for taxi-client connections developed by young Tunisian engineers who care about the mobility of citizens and particularly their wallets.
The reasons for its creation:
With the outbreak of the price of fuel and the difficulties in travelling by public transport, the crew of engineers of an average age of 25 years has sought to integrate the equation between the facilitation of mobility And the accessibility of the price by presenting customers to share taxis routes and therefore decrease the price of the route.
By capitalizing on sharing and economy values, our engineers have shaped the Amigo application which meets customer requirements by offering them taxi routes at less prices and also to taxis expectations by securing them time optimization work.
How it was made possible:
Thanks to an algorithm, our teams have developed Amigo, a unique journey optimization application which permits 2 customers within a range of 2 km around the taxi and taking the same routes to share the route each half of the price.
The other innovation of the Amigo application is that it offers subscription and prepaid package formulas for regular taxi users who can profit from specific bonuses and advantages.
Amigo desires to be a mobility facilitator at the service of taxis by optimizing their work time and customers by reducing their transport costs.
The Amigo application is now available for download on AppStore and Google PlayStore platforms or on the site www.amigo.tn and on Amigo Tunisie social networks
